Join Sister Naweeda for Muslimah Pilates - designed for sisters of all fitness levels, these online Zoom sessions provide a space to explore beneficial pilates exercises.

Through targeted exercises, you will enhance your posture, build core strength, relieve back pain, and improve flexibility. This is not just about fitness; it is about developing a deeper understanding of your body and how it supports you in both salah and everyday life.

Our online pilates classes run on Tuesdays and Sundays and offer clear instruction as Sister Naweeda gently guides you through every movement with her camera on, while participant cameras remain off for privacy.
With no music, tailored moves, and a safe, comfortable space, these sessions build stronger, healthier Muslimahs for stronger families and communities Insha’Allah.
We also run a 10-minute free taster session every Sunday morning - if you are new to pilates, please do join us!

Naweeda Hayat is a certified practitioner with Polestar Pilates Studio and has been teaching Pilates globally for over 15 years. Her passion for Pilates began in 2009 when she was first introduced to studio equipment as a way to strengthen her core. Experiencing the transformational impact on her own body sparked a deeper commitment, leading her to pursue professional training. She went on to gain her qualification through Polestar Pilates UK, building the foundation for her international teaching career.

Bespoke 1:1 sessions are also available at Sister Naweeda's studio in Buckinghamshire and use the reformer, the trapeze table, spine corrector, Oov, and small props with a focus on kinesthetic awareness to help achieve an ease and efficiency in body movement.
The pilates reformer strengthens and tones. Using spring tension, we elongate the spine, joints and muscles which leads to greater strength, stamina and a more balanced body.
